This week we´re going to focus all the activities on one book because on April 23rd we´re celebrating Book Day in Spain. The book I´ve chosen this year is 'The very Hungry Caterpillar'.

All along the story, the caterpillar eats lots of food, can you remeber everything?
How many apples? 1 apple. ONE!
How many pears? 2 pears. ONE, TWO!
How many plums? 3 plums. ONE, TWO, THREE!
How many strawberries? 4 strawberries. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR!
How many oranges? 5 oranges. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE!
How many things does the caterpillar eat on Saturday? 1 piece of chocolate cake, 1 ice-cream cone, 1 pickle, 1 slice of swiss cheese, 1 slice of salami, 1 lollipop, 1 piece of cherry pie, 1 sausage, 1 cupcake and 1 slice of watermelon. ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT, NINE, TEN!
Tomorrow we will continue with this story, prepare some paper, pencils and crayons.

Esta semana vamos a centrar todas las actividades en un libro porque el 23 de abril celebramos el DÃa del Libro en España. El libro que he elegido este año es 'La pequeña oruga glotona'.

¿Cuántas fresas? 4 fresas. ¡UNO, DOS, TRES, CUATRO!
¿Cuántas naranjas? 5 naranjas.¡UNO, DOS, TRES, CUATRO, CINCO!
¿Cuántas cosas come la oruga el sábado? 1 pedazo de pastel de chocolate, 1 cono de helado, 1 pepinillo, 1 rebanada de queso suizo, 1 rebanada de salami, 1 piruleta, 1 pedazo de pastel de cereza, 1 salchicha, 1 magdalena y 1 rebanada de sandÃa. ¡UNO, DOS, TRES, CUATRO, CINCO, SEIS, SIETE, OCHO, NUEVE, DIEZ!
Mañana continuaremos con esta historia, preparad papel, lápices y pinturas.
